Prasības :

Education: Master degree in Communication and Public relations, Business administration or equivalent

Background: Experience of internal and external communications, both on strategic and operational level

Languages: Excellent Latvian (or Estonian or Lithuanian), fluent English and Russian in spoken and written

IT knowledge: professional skills in personal computer use

Characteristics: purposefulness, co-operative, with excellent communication skills

Pienākumi:

- Developing and executing Fazer Bakeries in Baltic communications strategy based on Fazer Bakeries business strategy and common communications strategy
- Planning and executing internal and external communications
- Developing corporate identity and company image
- Participating in Fazer communications network cooperation
- Implementing and maintaining Fazer’s crisis communication procedure
