CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job description:

•supervision of realization orders (via computer system, e-mail, telephone);
•giving back information for customers about orders realization;
•financial settlements, charges for services;
•payment supervision;
•contact with customers for accumulation of orders;
•effective use of sales tools: calculations, offers, presentations, etc;
•fixing the transport conditions and terms of its realization;
•preparing statistics and reports.

Requirements:

•university degree or another higher education;
•customer service experience
•working experience in logistic field or transport - will be advantage;
•excellent team-work skills as well as ability to work efficiently on one’s own;
•good organization and communicative skills;
•ability to interact professionally in multinational environment;
•strong motivation to achieve success;
•good command of MS Office (especially Excel);
•fluency in Latvian, English, Russian;
•ability to work intensively and to face stress;
•ability to be a diplomat in negotiations, and easy to find compromises in various problem situations;
•self-motivation and independence, ambition and goal-orientation, positive attitude, balance, ability to accept constructive criticism.
