Location: Riga, Latvia

We are looking for a new team member within the Baltic organization. You report directly to the Sales manager in Latvia, and are a part of the Baltic sales team.

Your job:

Your essential tasks and responsibilities will be to execute the adidas commercial strategy and deliver sales and margin targets to industry leading standards. We also expect you to maximize sell-through at stores. This is achieved by building relationships to all personnel, training and assisting them, and also by initiating and executing sell-through activities and campaigns, taking re-orders and merchandising products and POS material. You will have budget responsibilities for sales and costs and are expected to give feedback from the market directly to the Sales manager in Latvia.

Your profile:

You have sales or merchandising experience, preferably with FMCG goods, as well as relevant education. You also have a driver’s license and are willing to travel extensively. In order to do your task properly you are a flexible, positive and well-organized person with excellent presentation and communication skills and a talent for negotiating. We expect you to have a good command of MS office, basic English skills and a fluency in the Latvian language.
